Ajman Emiri Decree No. 12/2021 establishes the Special Department of the Ruler of Ajman. This decree is a public law. Ajman Emiri Decree No. 13/2021 links the establishments of the Emirate of Ajman to the "Weqaya" System. This decree is also a public law.
