Ajman Order No 14_2009 On The Abolition Of Fees For Sorting And Division Of Land Grants

The given law, Ajman Order No. 14/2009, pertains to the abolition of fees for sorting and division of land grants in the Emirate of Ajman. The law is issued by the President of the Municipality and Planning Department in Ajman. It is based on the Ajman Emiri Decree No. 14/2006 and is proposed by the Director General. The purpose of this law is to serve the public interest by canceling the allotment and division fees imposed by the Department on lands granted to nationals of the Emirate. However, new site plans must be issued for the allotted and divided lands separately, and a prescribed fee will be levied according to the Department's regulations. Any previous orders or resolutions that contradict or contravene the provisions of this law are abrogated. The law was published in the Official Gazette of the Emirate of Ajman and came into force on July 1, 2009. It is to be acknowledged and implemented by all stakeholders according to their respective jurisdictions. The Head of the Municipality and Planning Department, Rashid Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, issued this local order.
