Ajman Order No 12_2009 On The Development Of Requirements And Fees For The Interim Adjustment To Land Use And Real Estate
The given law is Ajman Order No. 12/2009, which pertains to the development of requirements and fees for the interim adjustment to land use and real estate in Ajman. The law is issued by the President of the Department of Municipality and Planning in Ajman. According to the law, the technical and procedural stipulations required for the approval of requests for interim adjustment to the use of lands and properties are ratified. The law also introduces prescribed fees for these adjustments, which will be levied and transferred to the public treasury of the Department with the knowledge of the Architectural Affairs Sector. Additionally, a site plan including the main use, interim use, and expiry date of the interim use adjustment must be issued. The duration of the interim use adjustment is limited to a maximum of five Gregorian years. Any previous orders or resolutions that contradict or contravene with the provisions of this law are abrogated. The law was issued on 9/4/2009 AD and was published in the Official Gazette of the Emirate of Ajman on 2009 AD, page 196. It came into force on 12/4/2009 AD and must be acknowledged and implemented by all stakeholders within their respective jurisdictions.
