Ajman Emiri Decree No. 3/2014, titled "Sharjah Emiri Decree No. 3/2014 on the appointment of the Chairman of Ajman Free Zone," appoints His Highness Sheikh Ahmed Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi as the Chairman of Ajman Free Zone. In this role, he holds the highest position in the administrative and regulatory hierarchy of the Free Zone. His responsibilities include overseeing the functioning of the Free Zone and all actions and operations conducted under its supervision. This decree was issued by Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, the Ruler of the Emirate of Ajman, and is based on the work interest requirements in Ajman Free Zone. The decree will come into effect upon its signature and will be published in the Official Gazette of the government of Ajman.
