Ajman Administrative Decision No. 13/2015, issued by the Chairman of Ajman Free Zone, approves a list of violations related to general safety, security, public health, and environment regulations applicable to licensed facilities in Ajman Free Zone. The decision is based on Ajman Emiri Decree No. 2/2014 and Ajman Emiri Decree No. 3/2013, which appoints the Chairman of Ajman Free Zone. The list of violations applies to both existing and newly licensed establishments and individuals operating within the Ajman Free Zone. Fines will be imposed on those who violate the regulations and rules listed in the decision, and the collected fines will be transferred as revenues to Ajman Free Zone. Any previous decisions or instructions that contradict this decision are abrogated. The decision also mandates the circulation of the list to concerned establishments and entities, and it comes into effect from the date of its issuance. The decision was issued on November 11, 2015, by Ahmed bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, the Chairman. The law includes various titles covering different types of violations, such as environment violations, safety and security violations, construction violations, office violations, roads and internal parking lots violations, general cleanliness and waste disposal violations, workers' health requirements violations, violations of food establishments' health requirements, security requirements violations, and general violations. The severity of the violations is evaluated before issuance, and the fines are graded accordingly.
